Ingredients

  • Full fat yogurt

  • Blue cheese

  • Frank’s RedHot

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Olive oil/butter

  • Vinegar

Instructions

  1. First, prepare your cauliflower. Start by pelling off the greens and use a serated knife to cut out the cauliflower’s stem. Then, separate the cauliflower pieces at their natural breaks to make perfect bite size pieces.

  2. Next, mix olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix in the cauliflower. Roll the cauliflower around, so it gets a nice coating.

  3. Put the cauliflower in the air fryer basket and cook for 25 minutes at 400 °F.

  4. Next, we’ll make our buffalo sauce. Take a saucepan out and add yogurt, pepper, salt, vinegar, blue cheese crumbles, and Frank’s RedHot in it. Cook on your stovetop for 3-4 minutes.

  5. Lastly, lightly coat the cauliflower in the mixture. Then, your Buffalo cauliflower wings are ready to serve.

What should be done to make Buffalo Cauliflower crispy?

If you have the time, cook your cauliflower an extra 2-3 minutes in the air fryer to make them extra crunchy! If you plan on waiting a little bit to serve your cauliflower or you are entertaining guests, I recommend waiting until the last minute to toss the cauliflower in the buffalo sauce. This will keep your dish as crispy as possible.

How Should I Store Leftovers?

Cauliflower is easy to store and re-heat. Just place your leftovers in an airtight container (they last up to 2-3 days). To re-crisp, heat them in the air fryer, oven or toaster.

Can I make it a Vegan Recipe?

Yes, you can make this recipe vegan by replacing the butter for vegan butter or olive oil.
